In November we believe we took a booking with the shortest lead time ever - the initial enquiry came 10 minutes after the meeting was due to start!

At 10.10 am on the morning of 18th November we received an enquiry for a board room style meeting for 14 delegates. When Becky, one of our Events Coordinators, asked when the meeting was for, the client replied: "We would like the room from 10.00am until 12 noon today". Rather puzzled, Becky checked the diary and informed the client that we did in fact have a room available. "Great," the client replied "we'll be right round"!
