Having reviewed the types of events hosted at Church House over the last year or so, it was clear that we would benefit from a rate specifically designed for the organiser. In the current economic climate there is also a need to be more versatile in the way we package our venue.

For that reason we have introduced a new day delegate rate starting from £65 + VAT which includes:

• Hire of main conference room
• Three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
• Danish Pastries on arrival
• Two course hot fork buffet lunch
• Audio visual package including LCD projector, screen and PA system
• Technical support
• Iced water and boiled sweets on tables
• Conference paper and pen (using recycled products)
• On the day event support

The above package is not set in stone and can be adapted to suit your needs, for example where appropriate the hot fork buffet could be replaced by a finger buffet, reducing the price by up to £10 per head, so please remember, always ask the question!
