As an independent conference centre it is always difficult to judge ourselves against our competitors, so to enable us to get genuine client feedback that is measured against other similar venues we have joined BDRC Venue Verdict.

Venue Verdict is a real time customer feedback and benchmarking system that gives us information on not only our own performances but then enables us to benchmark this against other venues in the same portfolio, helping us to improve our delegate experience.
